Conference Reception Party: We will have a conference reception at the Planet Word Museum in Washington, DC. 925 13th St NW, Washington, DC 20005
Time 7:00 - 10:00pm
This after-hours event at the Planet Word Museum includes private access to all floors/exhibits in the museum (including a karaoke room, a magical library, and the interactive Spoken Word exhibit). On the top floor of the museum we will have food, drinks, music, and access to the roof terrace with an awesome view of downtown. Heavy appetizers & desserts + beer/wine bar by Immigrant Foods will be included.
Shuttles from UMD will depart around 6:15pm (outside HJP, across from the Stamp Student Union).
Shuttles will return to UMD/The Hotel staggered between 8:30 - 10:00pm.
